Sami and Rami have been best friends and school project partners ever since they were little kids. This year just like any other, they will be teaming up to participate in the school’s talent show contest. They decided to sign up for the poetry writing segment. Although their excitement was inevitable, but so was their anxiety. As they approach closer to the contest deadline, they realize that they had not prepared a poem to submit. Contemplating their problem opens their eyes on something much greater than what has been perceived. Together let us learn with Sami and Rami how to widen our perspective on the uncountable blessings bestowed upon us by Allah (swt).

About the author

Influenced by her highly spiritual and educated family. Fatimah Bazzi, a Michigan native, was able to combine her Western nationality with her Middle Eastern heritage. Challenging herself to expand her descriptive vocabulary list as an elementary student, her passion for writing was discovered. Today she is a devoted mother of two, holding a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. After so long, Fatimah is able to convert her writing dream into reality. Her inspiration is derived from her passion to create a religious learning experience for children that is based on a combination of knowledge and spiritual connection.
