Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, though sometimes we will use a reliable courier, if needed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We send parcels Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Friday are usually sent the following Monday.
Need something quicker? For Next Day or urgent deliveries, please get in touch via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Time:
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, we send with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which normally delivers within 2 working days. On occasion, it may take up to 3 days. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on your location and any unexpected postal delays.
International Shipping:
Yes, we do ship internationally to certain countries!
You can check available shipping rates by entering your address at checkout.
Please note: customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged in their country.
Order Tracking:
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your parcel doesn’t arrive or appears to be lost, please get in touch with us.
