Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds exclude all delivery costs — both to and from the delivery address.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at salam@shiakids.org within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 5% restocking fee, within 10 business days.
