New EU Import Charges - What You Need to Know

From 1 July 2026, new EU rules mean that orders shipped to Europe may have extra charges when they arrive. Here is a simple breakdown:

• Gifts worth under €45 - no extra charges apply.
• Orders worth €150 or less - a small €3 fee per item, plus any local handling charges from your delivery carrier.

These charges are set by the EU and are not something we control. You will be asked to pay them when your parcel arrives or goes through customs.

Please note that as these charges are paid directly to the EU, they cannot be refunded and we are unable to intervene or make any changes on your behalf.

Please also note: if we pay any EU import charges on your behalf, we will deduct this amount from your refund in the event that you request a return or refund.
