Customers are entitled to a 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may be able to make quick changes on the order confirmation screen immediately after placing your order. However, once your order has been processed, it can no longer be edited.

If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, don’t worry, start by checking the tracking details and delivery image for clues. It’s also worth asking anyone at your address or nearby neighbours in case they’ve taken it in for you.

We are sorry! We don't offer exchanges, but you can return your item to us and reorder the item you want.

We really hope you are loving your items, but in case you’re not, no worries!  You’ve got a whole 14 days from the day you receive it to send it back. After that, no returns, sorry! 🕒

Yes we do ship internationally to select locations. Please proceed to checkout and enter your address to see if your address is available. If not, then we do not ship to that address.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders. Postage depends on weight but they start from £2.95 for small packages.

We can't change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. However, you might be able to redirect your parcel directly with the courier using the tracking number they sent you.
